so we get there and i really have to pee but we go to the merch table first. i got a program (why do they charge $20 for a couple pictures, song lyrics and a special thank you?) and a T-shirt. so then we go in and get our seats because it was going to start soon. so we sit down and this guy comes out and is all like "yeah!! put your hands in the air!!! lets get this party started right!!!!" diana birch comes out and the guy is over on the left side of the stage playing his tambourine and he's like really into it and like dancing around but the thing is you couldn't hear him like at all. so the girl was really good and i still have to pee so like 5 minutes before her set is over emily told me i should go to the bathroom while no one is in there so i go to where i came in and the curtain is closed and so i peek through and the door is closed too so i ask the old usher lady if the door is unlocked and she said yes but i can't get in through that door so i have to go in the one in the back so i go to the bathroom and i go to where i thought the door would be but there was a bar there so i ask one of the bartender ladys how to get in and she was like i don't know you should go ask the usher there should be one on the around the one of the corners. so i go and no. there were no ushers so i text emily and tell her to come open the door where we came in but then the usher came out and it was intermission time. we go and buy diana birches CD. so we get back in and wait for like 10-20 minutes. so nick finally comes out and he plays some songs from his album (coming out on tuesday) and then he says "i think this was a really good year for music." and then something else but i forget what and he plays:

and he plays some more songs and then he moves to piano cuz this whole time he was playing guitar. he plays a song ha played at Kevin's wedding and another song (maybe songs) i forget which. and then he plays a little bit longer and then he says some inspirational things and the he says something but i can't hear what because people are screaming like you've never hears screaming before and then he says "I'm gonna bring her up here" and then this body guard comes out and helps up a girl (who's sign said 'diabetic is who i am' because 'who i am' is nick's single's name) from the front row and brings her over to the piano and nick asks her her name (stacy) and how old she was when she got diabetes (6) and how old she was now (11) and he said "so about as long as i have" (he has had diabetes for 4 1/2 years) and he said "don't ever let diabetes slow you down" and things like that and he walked over to where he was standing when he was playing guitar and picks up a rose someone had thrown him and said " i know someone gave this to me but i want you to have it" and gave the rose to her. it was sooo sweet. i cried a little bit. then he sang more songs and then he told us berkeley was very "interesting" and about how when he was walking around earlier he saw this homeless looking guy and his dog get into a really nice car. then gave a really long thank you and played more songs. (emily or olivia if i left something out comment it.) i am sure emily can tell the story better. and i will make her. i'm really tired to this post is kinda bad i'll fix it tomorrow.
